Our "Phikeia Program" as we call it is built to help freshman avoid the "bad first semester" syndrome, and is also made out to be an educational supplement for non-freshman who join.    


Things to expect from the Program:

The Phikeia Program is strictly hazing free.  All events and teaching methods are designed to bond pledge brothers by building them up to reach their full potential.

The Montana Alpha Chapter is committed to scholastic achievement:

 1st or 2nd place in fraternity cumulative GPA since re-founding in 2011

Offers a $500 member scholarship and a $250 new member scholarship every year

Provides a campus faculty academic advisor that meets with members to advise and councel members

Runs an academic watch program to ensure members maintain a minimum 2.75 college GPA including study hours and tutoring.

Phi Delta Theta is active with sororities and other fraternities. From building Homecoming floats with sororities to spring formals at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. The Montana Alpha Chapter strives for social excellence while remaining gentlemen of the highest caliber.
